Hello, I'm Lew.
I created Lew’s Sensory Therapy to make neurodivergent support feel more practical, accessible and human.
I created Lew’s Sensory Therapy to make neurodivergent support feel more practical, accessible and human.
I’ve spent years working alongside neurodivergent people and families, and I’ve seen how difficult it can be to find support that feels genuinely practical, respectful and easy to understand.
Too often, people are given advice that sounds good in theory but doesn’t always help in real life. I created Lew’s Sensory Therapy to offer a different kind of support — practical resources, honest guidance and tools that can actually fit into everyday life.
support can genuinely change how someone experiences everyday life. Being better understood, finding the right tools or simply realising that you’re not “getting it wrong” can make a meaningful difference.
I believe sensory support shouldn’t be complicated, clinical or one-size-fits-all. It should help people understand themselves, feel more confident in what they need and find practical ways to make everyday life work better for them.
That’s why I care about creating support that is useful, accessible and grounded in real life — because the smallest changes can sometimes make the biggest difference.
My approach is shaped by a combination of professional experience, continued learning and a genuine belief that neurodivergent people deserve support that recognises the whole person.
I don’t believe there is one “right” way to experience the world, regulate your nervous system or meet your needs. What works for one person may not work for another — and that’s why curiosity, flexibility and listening matter.
Through my work, I continue to learn from neurodivergent people, families, colleagues and lived experiences. Lew’s Sensory Therapy is built around sharing that learning in ways that feel practical, accessible and useful in everyday life.
